"Cleaning day? What does that mean?" Avi demands.
But then the scientist, covering her mouth with her lab coat, lunges forward and grabs Avi by her own jacket. Pulling her out of the cloud of micromachines, she yells, "Cleaning Day means you!!"

And that's when it all went dark for Avi. Thoughts of the day's adventure filled her mind, but faded away, crushed, driven out, by thoughts of small machines slowly eating away at her. Until...

"I don't think she's breathing! That's one way to solve the problem!" Inger Lint exclaims into Avi's face as she fades in and out of consciousness.
