The Secret of the Cave

"Inger, I think we need to let her in on the secret of the cave."
"And I think we need to kill her."
"Think about it. Killing her just creates problems, raises questions. People would come looking. But a journalist ally could be very useful."
"I don't trust her. She'd tell."
"I don't think she would--"
"Do you mind if I interject?" Avi interjected.

"To be entirely frank, my editor would think I'd escaped from the loony bin if I came to him with the story that I'd gone down a hole in the woods and found a giant rabbit, a little man, and a woman scientist, and I certainly wouldn't want to send the Nazis your way, and so," Avi declares, "I swear I'll never tell a living soul."

"Good enough for me."
"Not for me."
"My name is Bet Dykstra, and I'm Head of Secret Science here at Cave Seven."
"Not much of a secret now, is it."
"This is Inger Lint, local liaison and Head of Secret Security."
"Graham the Verocious does half the work, really."
