AVI & AQUILA is a series of adventure comics about the immortal Roman warrior-turned-island protector Aquila (she/they) and her best friend and long-term romantic partner, journalist-turned-author Avi (he/him).

Originally designed as the imaginary long-running series Aquila the Last Eagle, AVI & AQUILA is these characters' first real outing as leads in an ongoing comic of any kind. That sounds like it comes with a lot of baggage, but trust me, it's fine -- AVI & AQUILA is intentionally totally accessible to new readers from the start.
