PANEL ONE: A transparent cube with opaque corners.
JUNO PIKE: "A message from your people? What does it say?"
PANEL TWO: The purple-gloved hand of Zip Siegel, a tall, strong light-skinned man with sharp hair and a big nose, holds the cube.
ZIP SIEGEL: I tell her I don't know. But that I know exactly what it means.
PANEL THREE: Zip tells Juno, a light-haired, dark-skinned young woman wearing purples and pinks with gold accessories, what it means. Flashbacks show a space weapon under attack, and a young soldier wearing a helmet standing in a field side by side with compatriots.
ZIP: "My people are in a trillion year war. And they want me to come fight in it.
PANEL FOUR: Juno, sad, looks at Zip.
JUNO: "We could run," she suggests.
PANEL FIVE: The cube, in a blaze of fire.
ZIP: She could. But there is no we.
PANEL SIX: Zip, a fire in his eyes.
ZIP: Because if they can get this message to me, they can find me anywhere. And everywhere.
