“FOUND IT! Hng.” Only his head and arms sticking out of the pile of cables, Inger Lint struggles to squeeze a plug into a power strip.
Meanwhile, Annie asks, “Did my reindeer come in yet?”
“Let me check,” Aquila responds seriously, checking her clipboard.
Having plugged the cables he’s surrounded by in, Inger Lint is pulled up by them, his body whirling around as it ascends. “huup.”
“Either I’m going to have to disappoint, or this is a funny joke you’re playing on me.”
“Yeah, I didn’t—“
“Because it’s set to come in tomorrow?”
“...What?” asks a shocked Annie.
“Funny joke,” Aquila clarifies, “Everyone laughs.”
