Aquila and Avi tell the story.
“A long time ago,” Aquila starts.
“Not long after we first met,” Avi continues.
“Something fell.” — A streak of fire illuminates the sea.
“A robot from space.” — A robot hand coming out of the pod that fell.
“A friend.” — The robot hand’s robot face, a roughly onion-shaped faceplate with a single rectangular eye cavity on right side, joins it.
